TERMS OF SERVICE
New Age Literacy

1. Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are entered into between you and New Age Literacy (“New Age Literacy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the New Age Literacy website, platform, content, tools, communications, software, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
All information we collect is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
2. Services
New Age Literacy provides educational content, digital products, coaching, software-enabled services, and related tools (“Services”). All Services are provided subject to these Terms.
a. Modifications
We may update, change, or discontinue features or Services at any time.
b. No Reliance on Future Features
Your purchase is not contingent on future releases or enhancements.
c. As-Is
Services are provided on an “as-is” basis, subject to Section 21.
d. Additional Terms
Certain Services may be subject to additional terms. In case of conflict, these Terms control.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, excluding user-submitted content, including text, graphics, videos, software, trademarks, logos, and design elements (“Platform Content”), is owned by or licensed to New Age Literacy and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit Platform Content without prior written consent.
4. Limited License and Prohibited Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for lawful purposes only.
You agree not to:
Violate any law or regulation
Misrepresent your identity
Transmit spam, malware, or harmful code
Attempt unauthorized access
Interfere with platform operations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
5. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
Your use of the Platform
Content you submit
Compliance with applicable laws
Actions of anyone accessing the Platform through your account
6. Communications Services
If the Platform enables email, SMS, or other communications, you acknowledge:
You are solely responsible for compliance with laws such as TCPA and CAN-SPAM
New Age Literacy does not initiate communications
All messages are sent at your direction
Recipients must have provided valid consent
7. Payments
a. Fees
All fees are disclosed prior to purchase. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
b. Billing
Charges are billed to your payment method on file. You authorize recurring charges where applicable.
c. Taxes
You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
d. Disputes
Billing disputes must be submitted in writing within 60 days.
8. No Refund Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law. No refunds for unused services.
9. Excessive Use
We may restrict or suspend access if usage negatively impacts Platform performance.
10. Training Disclaimer
Any training or educational material is informational only. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes.
11. Data Storage
We are not responsible for data loss. You are responsible for maintaining backups.
12. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate and current information and keep login credentials secure.
13. Account Security
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
14. User Contributions
You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use it to provide Services.
You agree not to submit unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
15. Customization
Any branding or customization you apply must not infringe third-party rights.
16. Promotions
Third-party promotions are solely between you and the third party.
17. Ideas Submission
Any ideas submitted are non-confidential and may be used by New Age Literacy without compensation.

21. Disclaimer
THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
22. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
Our liability is limited to fees paid in the three months prior to a claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Platform.
23. Time Limit for Claims
Claims must be brought within three (3) months of the event giving rise to the claim.
24. Injunctive Relief
We may seek injunctive relief for violations of these Terms.
25. Waiver and Severability
Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder.
26. Entire Agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
27. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion. Certain provisions survive termination.
28. Governing Law and Arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas.
29. No Bug Bounties
We do not operate a bug bounty program.
30. International Use
Access from outside the U.S. is at your own risk and subject to local laws.
